Insource America™ is an initiative designed to offer an alternative to IT outsourcing by taking individuals off of Public Assistance programs and giving them skills and certification in IT Help Desk, as well as real-life experience working with Fortune 1000 companies. Participants go through an eight-week training program and upon successful completion, are awarded Level-One Help Desk technician certification.
