ClearCube Solution Sets New Standard for Call Centers
Austin, Texas, and Holbrook, N.Y. – July 6, 2005 – Insource America and ClearCube Technology, the market leader and pioneer in PC Blade computing, today announced that Insource America has standardized on the ClearCube PC Blade solution to support its IT Help Desk. Insource America is a new IT training initiative that equips individuals on government assistance, as well as students enrolled in cooperative and vocational programs, with the skills they need to offer expert IT support, and with real-life experience supporting Fortune 1000 companies.
Insource America’s decision to standardize on a PC Blade solution from ClearCube was a strategic and logical choice for the IT-Support Desk company. The space on the call center floor has been optimized and streamlined by replacing bulky desktop systems with ClearCube’s small, VHS-sized user ports.

With ClearCube PC Blades, the traditional PC is shrunk to a blade form factor and centralized in a secure data center, removing the traditional PC from the user’s desktop and leaving only a monitor, keyboard, mouse and small user port at the desk. Because ClearCube PC Blades have no moving parts or fans at the workstation, users experience a much quieter, cooler environment than with a traditional PC, as well as more desk space. In addition, ClearCube PC Blades have no external storage devices and can only be accessed by authorized IT staff, keeping data more secure.
